GRAMMYS 2025: Bianca Censori and Kanye West dress scandal

The Grammys are a pinnacle of the music industry. At the beginning of every year, the academy comes together to award the world’s top artists with accolades in all genres of music including pop, rap and others. This year’s event was full of shocks, including pop superstar Taylor Swift not managing to take home any grammys, and rap star Kendrick Lamar winning big for his hit single ‘Not Like Us’. However, one red carpet fashion choice stood out as a prominent point of this award ceremony. 

Kanye West, an already controversial figure in the celebrity world due to his anti-semitic and racist remarks, as well as his feuding with many celebrities, and his wife Bianca Censori were faced with extreme backlash after Censori stripped from a fur coat into a see-through, tight dress. Controversy escalated later in the evening when Censori and West left the event, leading to speculation of their being removed due to indecency. 

As a couple, Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori have been subject to backlash numerous times. There have been several reports against the couple for indecency, including the famous Venice Water Taxi scandal, in which the couple were caught in compromising acts while on a boat and exposed to the public eye.

It is reported that those close to Censori, including friends and family, have also expressed concern and don’t approve of her relationship with controversial figure Kanye West, due to what appears to be a very imbalanced power dynamic between the two.
